Nevadans for Cultural Preservation

Archaeologist Dr. Kevin Rafferty will speak and answer questions about the archaeology of Spring Mountain Ranch State Park.  Dr. Rafferty and the College of Southern Nevada have been working with State Parks for years recording prehistoric and historic archaeological sites. Bring a picnic dinner and join us for an engaging talk about what they have found.

The talk will start at 6:00pm. 

There is an entry fee for entering the park. The fee is $7.00 for locals.

Entrance to the park is subject to availability. During high volume times, guests will have to wait outside of the park until more parking is available. We cannot reserve entry for our guests. However, we do not anticipate this being an issue on a Thursday evening.
